I like the tranquil and magical atmosphere you've created. I especially like the effect you've used on the dress. I've always wondered how it was done (outlining the creases and making it glow...). the blending of the grasses and the pond also looks very smooth. :)
Since you've asked for critique, I hope you don't mind me picking out a few things that stood out in my opinion... First, I like the pattern that you've added to the dress but I think that you can add more depth by using a soft eraser on very low opacity on the parts of the dress that are under the creases (in the shadow). I think it would make the applied pattern look more realistic. Another thing I noticed was the size of the swans seems too small in proportion to the rest of the image. It makes the reeds/grasses right behind the swans look giant. But I do like the swan reflections, especially the one on the left. The distortion matches the ripples in the water perfectly!
Hope you thought I was being fair with my comments...
